Your first pink ribbon appointment

When you schedule your first appointment, we encourage you to allow enough time for a relaxed, unhurried experience. Plan for about an hour so we can contact your insurance provider, understand your coverage, and still have plenty of time for your fitting.

During your visit, we’ll talk through the type of surgery you’ve had, along with your lifestyle and favorite activities, so we can recommend the breast form that best supports your body and your life. You’ll be carefully measured by a certified fitter and guided through trying on breast forms and bras in your size, ensuring comfort, balance, and confidence.

If your surgical site is still healing, we’ll help you choose a soft foam or lightweight gel form that can be worn safely during recovery. Once healing is complete, we can transition you into a silicone prosthesis when the time is right.

The weeks following surgery can be filled with physical discomfort and an overwhelming sense of loss. At Pink Ribbon Fitting Solutions, we provide a warm, private environment where certified fitters offer expert care—with the goal of helping you feel like yourself again. Restoring comfort, confidence, and dignity isn’t just our job—it’s our calling.

Pink Ribbon is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. but if these hours are not convenient for you, we offer fittings and sales visits at the boutique by appointment between the hours of 8 a.m. to and 8 p.m. every day. Simply call us today to schedule your appointment.

what to bring

We recommend bringing a favorite, well-fitting top to your appointment—this makes it easier to see how your new fit will look and feel in the clothes you love most.

You don’t need to schedule an extra doctor’s visit for a prescription—we’re happy to request it directly from your physician and receive it by fax. But if you already have one, feel free to bring it along.

Once your fitting is complete, you'll leave with the mastectomy products you’ve selected—no waiting necessary.

products we have on hand

In most cases, you’ll be able to take your selected products home the same day. While occasionally a specialty item may need to be ordered, we maintain a large in-store inventory to help minimize delays.

We handle both your primary and secondary insurance billing—there’s no need to pay anything upfront. Medicare typically covers 80% of the cost, and most supplemental plans cover the remaining 20%. If there’s any remaining balance, you’ll receive an invoice after your insurance provider processes your claim and applies the appropriate deductions.
